All digital products (e.g. software, licenses, downloads) are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds are provided once the product has been downloaded, activated, or license key delivered, except where required by law.

If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback filed with your payment provider, we reserve the right to cancel your license and access to support or future updates.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to orders made after the effective date of the modified policy.
