Refund Policy

Home Refund Policy
1. Digital Products & Non‑Tangible Goods

All digital products (e.g. software, licenses, downloads) are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds are provided once the product has been downloaded, activated, or license key delivered, except where required by law.

2. Exceptions

We may provide a refund or replacement if:

  • The product is defective or does not function as described, and you notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • A license key fails to activate and support fails to resolve it within 7 days.

Please contact support within that 7–day period. We may request that you provide evidence of the issue and may offer support, replacement, or a refund at our discretion.

3. Request Process

To request a refund, email support@multimediatoolspro.com with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue

We’ll reply within 3 business days with either a solution or confirmation of refund eligibility.

4. Refund Mechanics

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days. The amount refunded will not include taxes or fees paid on your behalf.

5. No Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered in limited cases (e.g. feature cancellation mid‑term), at our discretion.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback filed with your payment provider, we reserve the right to cancel your license and access to support or future updates.

7. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to orders made after the effective date of the modified policy.
